Global Tax Management (GTM) is the largest firm in the Mid-Atlantic region that focuses exclusively on delivering corporate tax services to mid-size and large multinational, public, and Fortune 500 companies.
"As GTM employees worked remotely and then transitioned back to a hybrid environment, the firm's wellness program was continuously available for support. During this time, one of our directors took the initiative to remotely leverage the program's fitness and nutritional training as part of a lifestyle change that resulted in the loss of 125 pounds. She continues to see a nutritionist paid for by GTM's health plan, which offers participants six free visits per year. With these resources in place, GTM's Director is maintaining her health and exercise routine now that she is back in the office, and has inspired her family and colleagues to practice better health practices." -Anonymous

Since 2019, they witnessed a 144% increase in total engagements.
"Recently, I have had a lot of deadlines, which brings about a fair amount of stress. I want to do excellent work, support my coworkers, and meet all requested timelines. Amidst this, I made the time to do two of the 'Ignite Your Life' series – Sleep Mode and Anxiety Antidote. I still feel stressed, but these two practices have helped me pause and breathe deeply for a short period when I feel the pressure. This series helps calm my mind and helps me more easily break down what is needed immediately, so I can focus on that rather than worrying about all the things bearing down on me." – Anonymous.
