Melody Allameh is currently the Benefits & Wellness Manager at Dudek. She is dedicated to enhancing employee health by educating them about available resources. Her approach involves creatively connecting benefit programs and wellness initiatives to promote overall well-being, which she considers her “secret sauce.” Leading the Wellness Committee, Melody fosters a workplace culture that values work-life balance and encourages a healthy lifestyle. With degrees in Kinesiology (emphasis on Exercise Science) and Business Administration, she integrates principles from both fields to assist Dudek employees, known as Dudekians, in achieving personal goals while contributing to the firm's overall objectives.
Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Melody took on the task of elevating wellness. She initiated communication platforms through DuWell, such as the Discover DuWell newsletter and the DuWell website, along with Dudek’s first Zoom channel. Melody also played a critical role in the expansion of the wellness committee in 2022, leading to the evolution of DuWell’s Total Well-being model encompassing eight dimensions of wellness:
